As long as your doctor permits you to exercise sports, visit a physical therapist to put a suitable plan. Note that if you are a new physical trainee, you may find some difficulties, but it has no relation with the cancer, like: the limited movement of your leg, or the weakness of the abdominal muscles.
The more your physical power is, the quicker recovery you’ll get after the surgery.
Search for a certified physical trainer and experienced in dealing with cancer breast patients. He will help you start training and produces the necessary precautions that you might need.
