Baheya Foundation's Fighters Navigation Program: Supporting Breast Cancer Fighters on Their Treatment Journey.

Baheya Patient Navigation Program (BPNP) is a patient centered Program providing comprehensive support to women with breast cancer through variety of services including care coordination, psychological support, education, and outreach. Providing women with breast cancer with access to quality, equitable, and compassionate care starting from their prediagnosis stage till the end of their treatment journey.

The program consists of three main pillars:

  • Medical and therapeutic guidance
  • Guidance to services and resources
  • Internal counseling and assistance

Services offered by PNP:

  1. Proactive communication with fighters prior to their initial appointment.
  2. From the moment a fighter arrives at Baheya, we offer a warm welcome, sharing detailed guidance and support throughout her treatment journey.
  3. Answer all her questions and address all her concerns.
  4. Re-explain her case when needed.
  5. Offer patient clinical education either in one to one or group education sessions.
  6. Accompany the fighter in the day of diagnosis and offer psychological support.
  7. Refer the fighter to psychosocial department support services when needed.
  8. Follow up regularly with the fighter during her active treatment journey.
