Mervat Sultan, Chairman of the Export Development Bank of Egypt, announced during the Egyptian Women's Forum that the bank will realize Baheya's dream of detecting 100,000 women by sponsoring the remaining cases before October.

On the other side, she said that she had breast cancer in 2006 like her mother, adding that she learned of the disease by accident, and fortunately that she discovered the disease early so call on all women for early detection because it causes a rapid recovery.

She pointed to the strength of Egyptian women and their ability to succeed under any circumstances, focusing on her story and her illness through her success and her work in the bank.

Mervat Sultan attended the Egyptian Women's Forum as one of 30 successful women and she was awarded during the Forum.
