Baheya Hospitals Group, in the presence of a number of public figures and the Foundation’s supporters, officially opened its Early Detection Unit and Specialized Clinics in New Cairo, as part of its expansion plan to make our free medical services accessible to a greater number of women. The new unit serves women in New Cairo, surrounding residential communities, and the New Administrative Capital, making early detection and specialized medical care more accessible. The unit is equipped with a mammography machine, four ultrasound machines, and a specialized surgical clinic, providing screening, diagnosis, and follow-up services in accordance with the latest medical standards. Eng. Tamer Shawky, Chairman of Baheya Foundation’s Board of Trustees, emphasized that the opening of the new unit marks another step toward reaching every woman across Egypt. He highlighted Baheya’s continued commitment to providing a comprehensive, free treatment journey from early detection through recovery with the support of donors and valued partners. Dr. Mohamed Emara, CEO of Baheya Foundation and Hospitals, explained that the new unit is part of Baheya’s expansion strategy, which aims to bring essential medical services closer to women and make access to quality healthcare easier and more convenient.
