Baheya Foundation is honored to announce the signing of a cooperation protocol with the Middle East Oil Refinery Company (MIDOR), which provides for the donation of a fully equipped medical unit featuring state-of-the-art mammography and ultrasound devices. This initiative aims to increase early detection rates and enhance the chances of recovery for women at risk of breast cancer. 

The protocol was signed by Dr. Eng. Amr Lotfy, Chairman of the Middle East Oil Refinery Company; Eng. Tamer Shouky, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Baheya Foundation, and Ms. Laila Salem, Board Member of Baheya Foundation and granddaughter of Mrs. Baheya. The signing was attended by Ms. Iman El-Deeb, Assistant to the Executive President of the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation for Corporate Social Responsibility. 

The ceremony was also attended by Major General Ahmed Nour El-Din, Assistant Chairman for Administrative Affairs; Major General Samah Osama, Assistant Chairman for Government Relations; Ms. Mayada Essam, General Manager of CSR Planning and Follow-up Activities; Dr. Marwa Mowafy, Executive General Manager of CSR Planning and Follow-up Activities; and Mr. Mohamed Rabie, General Manager of CSR Financing Activities. 

From Baheya Foundation, attendees included Eng. Magdy Hamdy, Board Member of the Foundation, and Dr. Mohamed Amara, Executive Director of Baheya Foundation. 

MIDOR emphasized that the unit provided to Baheya is designed according to the highest standards of privacy and safety. It is equipped with a high-precision digital mammography system, an advanced ultrasound device, fully equipped examination rooms ensuring privacy and comfort, advanced communication and networking systems, as well as state-of-the-art air conditioning and ventilation systems meeting top-quality standards.
