Today, the Baheya Foundation for Early Detection and Treatment of Breast Cancer signed a cooperation protocol with the National Bank of Kuwait, as part of the ongoing partnership between the National Bank of Kuwait - Egypt and the Baheya Foundation.

The protocol was signed by Dr. Jilan Ahmed, Executive Director of the Baheya Foundation, and Walid Al-Sioufi, Managing Director of the National Bank of Kuwait Egypt. Under this protocol, the National Bank of Kuwait Egypt will provide financial support to the Baheya Foundation, and the bank’s employees will offer volunteer services to the foundation.

Dr. Jilan Ahmed, Executive Director of the Baheya Foundation, stated: "We are delighted to sign this protocol with the National Bank of Kuwait Egypt, which reflects the bank's commitment to supporting community and public health issues. This support will help the Baheya Foundation reach more women in Egypt and provide them with early breast cancer detection and treatment services."

Walid Al-Sioufi, Managing Director of the bank, said: "We have full faith in the community role that the Baheya Foundation plays for all women in Egypt. At the National Bank of Kuwait, we are proud to support the foundation, a partnership that began five years ago in 2018."

Al-Sioufi added on the sidelines of the protocol signing: "Through our support of the Baheya Foundation, we aim to effectively contribute to raising awareness across all branches of the bank throughout the country."

The Baheya Foundation is the largest institution in Egypt specializing in early detection and treatment of breast cancer, providing its services free of charge to women across Egypt.

The National Bank of Kuwait Egypt is one of the largest banks operating in Egypt, offering financial and commercial services to individual and corporate clients.
